We are not a brokerage – when we work with a client, we’re deploying our own funds or we are co-underwriting in conjunction with our long-term lending partners to provide a complete solution. This allows us to design customized financing solutions for each deal, increasing certainty of close and providing a clearer picture of the components of the capital stack.

Imperial Ridge provides commercial real estate capital solutions across the United States for all the major asset classes, and we consider specialty assets on a case-by-case basis. We provide the most value in markets where C-PACE financing is allowed, where we can provide our clients with the optimal mix of C-PACE and bridge financing. Where C-PACE is not yet available, we provide bridge financing as a standalone product. We currently only provide preferred equity in our backyard (Colorado).
