Brian is Imperial Ridge’s corporate motor head and credit guru. Whether navigating the enduro tracks in the Colorado mountains or the institutional credit markets, Brian brings a healthy understanding of risk and return. He advises Imperial Ridge on the creditworthiness of each transaction and assists in pricing transactions based on credit evaluation. Just as a successful enduro ride requires a finely tuned machine and a capable rider, Brian believes a successful real estate transaction requires a strong asset and a capable team.

Prior to his tenure with Imperial Ridge, Brian was a member of the high-yield credit committee at Principal Real Estate Investors. He has also held positions at Washington Mutual, where was responsible for over $10 billion in commercial real estate securitization. Brian is also a Vice President of Investments for Crescent Real Estate, LLC. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Wabash College and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame (Mendoza College of Business).
